Partea bună cu Cerbul ăsta de Aur, pe lîngă creşterea audienţei TVR şi ceva bani pentru turismul braşovean, este că mi-a dat mie posibilitatea să fac poze/urmăresc live unor/nişte oameni cu care n-aş fi avut ocazia să mă întîlnesc altfel. Steve Vai e unul dintre ei (Şi primeşte un premiu pentru întreaga activitate din partea unei ţări de care majoritatea americanilor nici n-au auzit.)

The good part of this Golden Stag Festival - besides the raising audience number of TVR and some money for the tourism in Braşov - is that it offered me the possibility to take pictures/see live (to) people which in other case I would have never meet. Steve Vai is one of those people. (And receiving a prize for the entire life work from a country unknown by the majoritys of the americans.)

Loredana

A trecut şi Cerbul ăsta, şi am văzut-o şi pe Loredana cîntînd cu Joe Lynn Turner. Una peste alta, cred că a fost cel mai bun show de pe scenă.

Poate vă mai interesează şi asta.

Aşa cum vă spuneam şi cu ocazia ciobanului de şosea, acum două sau trei săptămîni am fost la Şirnea, să mă ud cumplit la picioare. Printre altele, am reuşit să fotografiez şi cîteva cadre din răsăritul pe care-l pierduserăm. Vizionare plăcută!

As I was telling at The Road Shepherd, two or three weeks ago I went to Şirnea, to get really wet on my feets. Amongst others, I manage to take some pictures of the sunshine we just missed. Enjoy!

Bineînţeles, un cioban sănătos de Bran nu putea lipsi de pe blogul meu. Doar toată lumea are! Pe cel de faţă l-am găsit pe marginea drumului, cînd veneam de la Şirnea, unde ne-am chinuit să facem nişte peisaje.

Of course, a healthy shepherd of Bran couldn't be not present on my blog. Everysbody has one, don't they? I found this one atthe side of the road, when I was returning to Brasov from Şirnea, where I tried to shoot some landscapes.

Weekendul trecut, adică in 8 şi 9 august, pe aerodromul de la Ghimbav s-a întîmplat a doua ediţie a Transilvaero Show. Peter Besenyei, Veres Zoltan, Iacării acrobaţi, paraşutism, parapantă, elicoptere Puma, MIG-uri şi alte chestii de-astea aviatice care te lasă cu gura căscată au defilat întreaga zi prin faţa noastră. A fost cel mai interesant weekend pe care l-am petrecut în ultima vreme.

Last weekend, august the 8th and the 9th, Ghimbav airfield hosted the second edition of Transilvaero Show. Peter Besenyei, Veres Zoltan, Iacării acrobaţi, skydiving, paragliding, Puma helicopters, MIGs and other stuff which gets you open-mouthed scrolled all day in front of us. The most amazing weekend I've got lately.

Am ceva prieteni care au vrut musai să - citez - schimb caprele alea. Le-am schimbat cu Bia (din nou, acelaşi loc, adica dealul Lempeş, aceeaşi lumină, alte efecte), numai că i-am spus Modă Bolşevică. Vorba lui George: De ce să pozezi o tipă goală, cînd ai putea s-o inveleşti într-un steag (steagul e din alt film, totuşi).

I Have some friends who said - I quote - Change those goats!. So I've changed them with Bia (same place, Lempeş Hill, same bad light, other digital effects), only that I called them Bolshevic Fashion. As George said: why to shoot a nude chick, when you can cover her in a flag? (The flag is from another movie, although).
